ARTITEQ Shadowline Rail is typically installed at the top of masonry walls and used to suspend recessed ceilings. A discreet shadow line is the only thing visible from the floor level. That brings a lot of advantages to your spaces. No more nails or damaged walls. Hanging and rearranging take seconds. Literally, it’s that easy. This hanging system is expandable, meaning you can add more pictures and art to fill the available wall space.

How to install

This rail has been pre-drilled with installation holes. It can be cut to size with a metal hacksaw or electric saw.

Great hanging system

The Shadowline Systems blends perfectly with any interior space. It allows you to hang pictures, artwork, and other items on a wall. This integrated picture hanging system has been made to last from a high-quality aluminium casting. ARTITEQ has developed this rail to specifically be installed at the top of the plasterboard wall and ceiling. The installation is fairly simple; however, we advise that you consult your DIY person before doing so. This system can be used with transparent perlon wires, braised steel wires or aluminium rods suspended from the rail. The Shadowline system offers a perfect art hanging solution for your home, office, gallery and exhibitions.

Wide range of wires and hooks

This picture hanging system works great with all ARTITEQ picture hooks such as Micro Grip Hook, Ratchet Hook or Heavy Brass Hook. There are two main choices of hanging wires. The Twister hanging wires can be connected anywhere along the rail, whereas the Solid Slider wires must be inserted from either end of the rail. You can slide both of them along to the desired position. ARTITEQ Shadowline Masonry Rails are available in 250cm lengths and used with the most popular plasterboard thickness of 12.5mm. This system has a maximum weight capacity of 20kg per meter, giving you the freedom to arrange artwork quickly as you like.
