• Discreet Cylinder Hook System (15 kg Rating): Insert a compact Cylinder Hook into the J-channel with a 2 mm Hexagon Perlon Wire (15 kg) and pair with a Micro Grip Hook (20 kg).
• Rigid Gallery Rod System (Up to 20 kg Rating): Drop 4 mm aluminium J-rods or steel J-rods directly into the rail channel for high-capacity, rigid exhibition displays.

How to Install the Classic Rail

The Classic Rail is fixed directly to the wall through pre-drilled holes in the rear flange of the track.

1. Mark Installation Line: Use a spirit level to draw a straight horizontal guideline along your wall at your desired mounting height.
2. Mark Fixing Spots: Hold the J-profile against your line and mark the drill hole locations directly through the pre-drilled holes in the back flange (spaced ~50 cm apart).
3. Drill & Plug: Drill 6 mm holes at each marked spot and press the supplied FISCHER DuoPower wall plugs in until flush with the wall surface.
4. Secure Track: Position the rail over the holes and drive the screws directly through the pre-drilled track flange into the wall plugs until firmly secured.
5. Add Hardware: Fit matching end caps onto the open track ends, then drop your chosen S-hooks, cylinder wires, or gallery rods into the top channel.
