How to Use & Adjust the Alu Hook
- Loosen the side thumb screw by turning it anti-clockwise (do not unscrew completely).
- Thread your 2 mm perlon cord or steel cable down through the central channel of the hook.
- Slide the hook vertically along the wire to your required display height.
- Tighten the side thumb screw clockwise firmly by hand until securely clamped onto the cable.
- Hang your frame bracket, D-ring, or mounting plate onto the hook lip and check stability.
Safety Tip: For wider canvases or artwork approaching 10 kg, use two drop wires and two Alu Hooks to distribute the load evenly up to 20 kg and prevent frame tilt.
