Made for high-rigidity wire rope terminations, these commercial-grade aluminium double-ferrule crimp sleeves provide maximum hold strength and seamless swaging for load-securing applications. Designed specifically for 2mm (5/64″) perlon and steel cable and wire rope, the duplex (figure-8) profile ensures smooth cable threading and tight loop formation under pressure.
Manufactured from high-ductility aluminium alloy, these sleeves cold-flow evenly during crimping to lock wire strands securely without distorting or damaging individual wire filaments. Ideal for rigging, marine, architectural, industrial suspension, and OEM assembly lines.
