40kg Heavy-Duty Rail Capacity

Developed specifically for heavier exhibition pieces, large glass-fronted picture frames, and solid timber panels, the Classic Rail PLUS profile supports up to 40kg per linear metre. The open J-shape ensures weight is distributed across fixing points without putting concentrated stress on individual wall anchors.

Flexible, Tool-Free Artwork Rearrangement

Once the rail is installed, hanging, adjusting, or replacing artwork takes seconds without needing drills, hammers, or filler. The S-hooks glide effortlessly along the open rail channel, allowing gallery curators, picture framers, and interior designers to update wall displays instantly.

Discreet Hardware for Lightweight Displays

Equipped with ultra-compact Mini Hooks, this Studio Set keeps the focus entirely on your artwork. The small form factor of the Mini Hook hides neatly behind small frames, photo mounts, and lightweight prints to deliver a clean “floating” wall presentation.

Flexible Grid & Multi-Picture Arrangements

The included 2mm perlon wires can hold multiple Mini Hooks on a single drop wire. This makes the Studio Set ideal for arranging vertical columns of photos, multi-frame gallery grids, or student exhibition displays, while the S-hooks allow you to slide wires horizontally along the 200cm rail profile with ease.

Fast, Tool-Free Manual Adjustments

Each Mini Hook features an integrated side thumb-screw that lets you adjust picture heights by hand. Simply turn the screw anti-clockwise, slide the hook along the transparent perlon wire, and tighten it back into place—no screwdrivers or special tools required.

Installation & Setup Guidelines

1. Mark & Drill Wall Fixings: Hold the pre-drilled 200cm rail flush directly beneath your ceiling line. Mark the 8 hole positions, drill your wall, and insert the included FISCHER DuoPower wall plugs.
2. Mount the Rail: Secure the Classic Rail PLUS using the provided 3.5 mm x 45 mm screws until the heads sit flush inside the rail profile.
3. Position S-Hooks & Wires: Slide the ARTITEQ S-hooks over the top lip of the J-rail at your desired spacing, and drop the 2mm perlon loop wires onto the hooks.
4. Fit Mini Hooks & Level Artwork: Thread the Mini Hooks onto the perlon wires, adjust to your required height using the thumb-screw, and hang your frames securely.
