ARTITEQ Solid Slider Hanging Wire Steel 2mm 22 kg (48 lbs)

Secure your finest artwork and high-value displays with the Solid Slider Steel Wire, engineered for environments where maximum safety and modern aesthetics are essential. Combining heavy-duty load capacity with a tamper-resistant rail design, this 2mm braided stainless steel cable offers a reliable display solution for galleries, museums, public spaces, and contemporary interiors.

Unlike standard click-in hanging cords that can be detached from anywhere along a picture track, the Solid Slider mechanism is inserted exclusively through the open ends of the rail. Once slid into place, the wire glides effortlessly across the full length of the track but cannot pop out or be removed from the centre. This lock-in capability prevents accidental dislodging, deters unauthorised tampering, and keeps your wall art safe in high-traffic commercial or residential settings. Designed for end-to-end security, the Solid Slider can only be uninstalled by sliding it back out through the rail’s side opening, protecting your investments from accidental drops or theft.

Made from high-tensile 2mm steel wire, this hanging cable supports displays weighing up to 22 kg. The natural metallic silver finish brings an industrial edge that complements modern artwork, heavy mirrors, framed exhibits, and structural wall decor. Each cable undergoes rigorous TÜV testing to ensure exceptional durability under continuous tension.

Whether decorating high-ceiling lofts or angled stairwells, the Solid Slider adapts seamlessly. When paired with a dedicated stopper set, the wire maintains rigid positioning on sloped or slanted walls without sliding downhill. Available in standard lengths ranging from 100 cm up to 500 cm, it accommodates everything from intimate gallery arrangements to tall multi-tiered installations.
