The Click Rail PRO Set is a heavy-duty picture hanging system compatible with various hooks and wires. The rail mounts directly to the wall using a system of brackets that are fastened with screws. The rail then snaps over these brackets, concealing the hardware. Hexagon hanging wires insert directly into the underside channel from either rail end. Artwork can be repositioned vertically (by sliding the hooks) and horizontally (by sliding the wires) without drilling new holes into the wall structure. Suitable for residential and commercial gallery installations requiring frequent layout changes.

The PRO

A heavy-duty aluminium picture hanging rail system capable of supporting up to 50 kg per linear meter. The 2-meter rail can be cut to precise lengths using a standard hacksaw or metal saw.

Finishes

Available in pure white (white primer finish, which can be sanded and painted to match wall colours) and brushed aluminium/grey.

Installation

Secure the rail using wall-mounted brackets spaced every 40 cm (requires approximately 5 brackets for a 2-meter rail). When joining two rail sections end-to-end, position a single bracket directly behind the junction point to ensure precise alignment.

Hardware

Requires a 6mm drill bit for wall plug installation. Wires and hooks insert directly into the underside channel of the rail.

Corners

Designed for connecting Click Rail PRO at 90 degree corner joints. A single unit functions as either an internal or external corner piece. When used on internal corners, the connector sits flush behind the rail profile. Rails must be cut at a 90 degree straight angle (not mitered) to fit the insert. Available in white and grey.

Wires

ARTITEQ Hexagon Hanging Wires are made of perlon. But what is perlon? Perlon is another name for a type of nylon called Nylon 6. Most military watch bands are made of nylon, but Nylon 6 differs slightly from other forms of nylon. Ordinary nylon is made by condensing materials into solid fibres, which are then woven to form the finished fabric. Nylon 6 is made by linking monomers into a tight chain, resulting in higher-tensile-strength fibres. This is a fancy way of saying that it takes more force to rip a piece of Nylon 6 apart than to tear other types of nylon.

Hooks

The Heavy Brass Hook is an excellent option for hanging light picture frames and art pieces. This hook is 9mm wide without a screw, and 20mm wide with a screw in place. It has an opening between 5mm and 8mm wide inside the hook (maximum hanger thickness). Heavy Brass Hook is a screw-locking hook suitable only for 2mm wires. The hook is made of aluminium. The name comes from the screw, which is made of brass.
