Installation & Mounting Guidelines

1. Hold your TRACK & SLIDE track level against the wall and mark the fixing hole centers onto the masonry surface.
2. Using a 6 mm masonry drill bit, drill holes perpendicular to the wall to a minimum depth of 65 mm to accommodate plug and screw tip clearance.
3. Clear dust and debris from the holes using a vacuum or blower.
4. Push the 6 mm FISCHER DuoPower plugs flush into the drilled holes (tap lightly with a mallet if necessary).
5. Position the rail over the plugs, insert the 4.0 mm × 60 mm screws through the track mounting holes, and tighten securely until fully seated.

Installer Structural Note: When installing rails to support high-capacity artwork loads up to 200 kg/m, clean dust extraction from drilled masonry holes is essential to ensure the dual-component plugs achieve their maximum expansion grip.
