Extruded from thick-walled structural aluminium and finished in durable Classic White, this versatile 200 cm (2 m) rail can be mounted directly to walls or ceilings, either surface-mounted or recessed flush into plasterboard and architectural panelling. Paired with dedicated wall or ceiling slider hangers, standard steel cables, and heavy-duty gallery hooks, it creates a continuous high-capacity channel for museums, art galleries, commercial exhibitions, and civic spaces without ongoing surface damage.

Installation & Structural Mounting Guidelines

1. Mark your datum line along the wall or ceiling junction using a spirit level or laser level at your required installation position.
2. Align the track along your datum line and mark the pre-drilled fixing hole positions (spaced 10 cm from the ends and every 36 cm along the profile).
3. Drill into solid masonry, concrete, or structural timber studs/ceiling joists using appropriate drill bits.
4. Secure the track firmly with heavy-duty structural fixings suited to your substrate (e.g. TRACK & SLIDE Screw & Plug Fixings).
5. Insert your wall or ceiling slider hangers with steel cables into the track channel before fitting protective end stops.

Load Distribution Safety Note: The 200 kg/m rating reflects the structural capacity of the heavy-gauge aluminium profile. When suspending high loads from either walls or ceilings, always verify that your structural anchors and substrate are rated to support the total distributed weight.
