D-Ring Picture Frame Hangers Double-Hole incl. Fixings (Pack of 25)

The Double-Hole D-Ring Picture Frame Hanger pack is engineered to provide superior load-bearing strength, balance, and stability for medium-to-heavy wooden picture frames, mirrors, and stretched canvas displays. Manufactured from heavy-gauge stamped steel with a corrosion-resistant electroplated finish, each wide mounting strap features two pre-countersunk screw holes. This twin-screw arrangement distributes tensile forces evenly into timber frame mouldings, preventing the hanger from twisting or pulling free under sustained load.

Key System Benefits

Anti-Twist Dual Screw Fixing — Two inline countersunk holes keep the mounting strap firmly locked against the moulding, preventing the hanger from pivoting, spinning, or loosening over time.

Heavy-Duty 15 kg Load Capacity — Heavy-gauge steel construction safely supports picture frames, mirrors, and exhibition panels weighing up to 15 kg per balanced pair.

Pivoting Steel D-Loop — The hinged steel loop swings smoothly to relieve strain on picture wire or framing cord, and accommodates direct mounting onto heavy-duty wall hooks or screws.

Corrosion-Resistant Finishes — Available in electroplated Brass or Nickel finishes to protect steel hardware against rust, tarnish, and ambient gallery humidity.

Complete Retail Hardware Kit — Supplied as a complete pack of 25 double-hole D-rings and 50 matching 3.5 mm × 12 mm countersunk wood screws for immediate installation.

Simple Installation Guide

1. Measure and mark equal positions along the rear side rails of your wooden frame, approximately one-third of the way down from the top edge.
2. Align the double-hole plate vertically with the D-ring loop angled inward and slightly upward toward the frame centre.
3. Drive two of the included 3.5 mm × 12 mm countersunk wood screws firmly into each hanger plate until flush.
4. Thread picture hanging wire or high-tensile cord through both D-rings, tie securely with standard framing knots, and hang onto your wall hooks or picture rail drop cords.

Framing Pro Tip: For wider frames or heavy mirrors approaching 15 kg, hang directly from the two D-rings onto two separate wall hooks rather than spanning a single wire, eliminating outward pull on the frame side rails.
